What to expect on your Service Day

Arrival Notification

You will receive an email the day before and a text message 30-60 minutes before your scheduled visit, letting you know your technician is on their way. You are not required to be home during the service! All dogs must be secured inside, and any doggy doors must be locked before we enter your yard.

Thorough Yard Cleanup

Your technician will arrive and begin scooping up all the dog poop. Our Technicians are trained to walk in a specialized pattern to minimize the chance of missing pet waste. We will always double-check the yard to ensure no waste is missed.

Post-Service Security

Once your yard is poop free, your technician will securely lock your gate to ensure the safety of your pets and children. You will receive a text confirmation that the gate is secured, and you can enjoy the yard again!

Pet Waste Disposal

After all the safety measures have been completed, your technician will load up all the pet waste bags, double bag it and dispose it in your outdoor bin.
